Jum’at 10 April 2020, Ibu Yuyu mengabarkan bahwa baru saja panen padi dengan varietas Ciherang.

Untuk harga gabah sedang mengalami penurunan, saat ini harga gabah berkisar sekitar Rp 3.500/Kg – 3.800/Kg. Sedangkan harga beras nya Rp 280.000/25 Kg.

Screen House Tetu Tetu

Pada pertengahan April lalu, Ibu Mahani membagikan informasi tentang screen house milik  kelompok Tetu Tetu yang dibangun atas bantuan dari Bank Indonesia.

Screen House ini awalnya digunakan  untuk menanam sayur mayur, tomat dan cabai  yang hasilnya langsung dijual  oleh petani yang tergabung dalam kelompok Tetu Tetu. Namun saat ini digunakan untuk menanam cabai yang hasilkan digunakan sebagai bahan produksi Sambal Tetu Tetu.

Pada Tanggal 31 Maret 2020, Diadakan panen Raya oleh POKTAN Sari tani yang berlokasi  di Kampung Pasir, Desa Cinta Karya, Kecamatan Samarang, Kabupaten Garit, Jawa Barat.   Panen Raya ini selain dihadiri oleh Petani juga di hadiri oleh Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Garut. Jenis padi yang dipanen adalah Padi Inpari 32, dengan Lama tanam adalah 110 Hari. Dari Total 1 Ha luas sawah yang dipanen, dihasilkan 8,6 ton/Ha.

Berikut adalah nilai transaksi yang dihasilkan petani dalam 1 Ha panen kali ini:

Gabah ditanam dalam 16 ubin dimana ukuran 1 ubin adalah 2,5cm x 4 = 10cm
Jika satu ubin menghasilkan ± 5,370/kg gabah maka 980 ubin = 1Ha dan menghasilkan ± 8,6 ton.
Harga gabah basah dalam 1 ton adalah Rp 5.500.000
Maka dari hasil panen 8,6 ton menghasilkan uang sebesar Rp 47.300.000
Sedangkan selama proses penanaman, petani mengeluarkan biaya sebesar Rp. 8.000.000/Ha, dan upah jasa panen untuk 1 ton gabah sekitar Rp. 430.000/6 Orang sedangkan untuk 1 kuintal gabah dihargai Rp. 40.000/orang (3-4 kuintal gabah)
