Kebijakan Penghapusan Data NilaiKu

Aplikasi NilaiKu berkomitmen untuk melindungi data pribadi Anda dan memberikan kendali penuh atas informasi yang Anda berikan kepada kami. Halaman ini menjelaskan cara menghapus akun Anda, jenis data yang dihapus, data yang disimpan, dan periode retensi tambahan.

1. Permintaan Penghapusan Akun

Untuk menghapus akun Anda dan data yang terkait dengannya, kirim permintaan melalui email ke admin@microaid.io dengan subjek “Permintaan Penghapusan Akun”. Sertakan informasi berikut::

  1. Nama Anda
  2. Nomor HP yang digunakan untuk mendaftar NilaiKu
  3. Alasan penghapusan akun

2. Jenis Data yang Dihapus

Ketika Anda meminta penghapusan akun, data berikut akan dihapus secara permanen:

  1. Data anda di aplikasi NilaiKu
  2. Riwayat aktivitas dalam aplikasi
  3. Preferensi dan pengaturan pengguna

3. Periode Retensi Data Tambahan

Setelah Anda mengajukan permintaan penghapusan, Anda akan dihapus dalam waktu 30 hari kerja dari tanggal permintaan diterima. Perlu diingat data mungkin masih tersimpan setidaknya 3 bulan di server kami dikarenakan kami membackup data secara berkala.

4. Bantuan dan Informasi Tambahan

Jika Anda memiliki pertanyaan atau membutuhkan bantuan tambahan mengenai penghapusan data, hubungi kami di admin@microaid.io. Kami berkomitmen untuk merespon dalam 3 hari kerja untuk permintaan yang valid.

Catatan Penting

Setelah data dihapus, data tersebut tidak dapat dipulihkan dan juga akan mengakibatkan hilangnya akses ke layanan terkait aplikasi.
